Orissa Bodybuilding Association today named a seven-member state squad for participation in the National Junior and Master Bodybuilding Championship to be held at Khamam in Andhra Pradesh from January 23 to 25. The squad was finalised after a day-long selection trial, which was held at Utkal Karate School in Bhubaneswar with 50 aspirants joining the event.

The squad: Junior: Akash Gouda (55kg), Pramod Kumar Swain (60kg), Gopinath Sahoo, Santosh Kumar Achari (both 65kg), Mahendra Panigrahi (75kg). Master: Harihar Nayak (40 to 50 years), Kartikeswar Jena (50-55 yrs). Coach: Sushant Mohanty: Manager: Nilamani Rout.
